Anyone used this man. Have no idea where he is based. Apparently he's supposed to be extremely good in obtaining parcelisations.

We are using him at present, our villa is not on the Koczan he is sorting out everything out for us, Fantastic guy, speaks great English. His office is above the shoe shop what used to be Lemar in Girne, from the Police station road go about a mile its on the left side, if you stand in the supermarket car park look to your right you will see a triangular building, go to the back he has an intercom.

I received both and have replied. I got confused over your first message, you first indicated you didn't know where he was, the message you sent me said you have met him?

Our site of 9 villas used him and we got our Kocan in September last year, took just over a year from when we first engaged him. His number is +90 542 851 09 87 and he's on WhatsApp. Every villa on the site already had shared Kocan with all taxes paid, I think this made it easier and quicker. I know of another site nearby where not everyone has shared Kocan and it's a longer process.
What we have is division not parcelisation. Parcelisation is only possible if every villa is on a fully adopted road(that's how it was explained to me), most of ours are on a private and therefore communal road. I've checked with the Tapu and they consider us to have full Kocan so villas may be sold without restrictions. Yildiz Govsa is an architect, he's very busy so doesn't always respond quickly but he did the job for us at a fraction of the cost we were quoted elsewhere. The Foreign Residents Society put us in touch with him, specifically Caroline Houghton. Probably best to join the TFR, if not already a member and speak to Caroline, she keeps tabs on all the applications via them and is very knowledgeable.
