Ajet flights
Hi just wondering if anyone's used Ajet for flights from the UK. I've stupidly gone and read some awful reviews regarding luggage going missing and hidden charges!
Does anyone have any positive feedback about recent trips?
Thanks

Re: Ajet flights
They do tend to keep changing the flight times which is very frustrating.

Re: Ajet flights
A couple of years ago, we were in the uk and our flight back was cancelled about 3 days before the event. We had to eventually fligh back with Pegasus a day later than intended which meant an extra night in a hotel. It took us over 4 months to get our cash back. They are owned by TA who have also changed flight times at great inconvenience. I vowed I would never use Ajet again and I haven’t, preferring to stick with Pegasus

Re: Ajet flights
I can remember when AJet was announced, the world, his wife and dog were on first two pages of Cyprus Today. However, about 4/5 years ago when they were still called Anadolou Jet (spelling??) they were extremely good, and flew to Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya with them. It was obvious that crew wanted to impress and then move up to TA. The plane was spotless and snacks more than adequate. It appears they dropped like a stone when they became AJet and I thought at the time their Web Site was awful and kept suggesting I phoned an agent. I didn't bother.

Re: Ajet flights
Thanks for all your replies, glad some people have had a positive experience with them.
I've been asked another question about the flights you all may have experience of?
We are flying from Stansted to Ercan Via SAW, the flights are 'self transfer' does this mean we have to collect our baggage and then recheck in at Istanbul? Or is it the same as Turkish airways with the cases transfered automatically so we only see them again at Ercan.
Cheers.

Your cases are transferred automatically.
I use that route several times a year.
