office working hours - wish they were more flexible

After reading the following I thought this meant government offices, I noted the Post Office stays open later but the car tax today at 14:40 I was shown the sign 08:30- 14:30. How do you know which departments are open?

There will be a change to civil service office hours, according to the head of the Personnel Department, Zilha Menet.
From March 1st, working hours will be from 8am to 3.30 pm, except for Thursdays, where the hours will be 8am to 1pm and then 2pm to 6pm.

Yes it is, especially when you try to abide by rules and regulations legally here!!!!!!!!!

The frustrating part- the members of staff are there until, shut the door and put up a kapali sign would help.

The cashiers shut one hour earlier than the rest of the Departments.
