Beautiful Home to Rent in Bellapais
Hello - my downstairs neighbours are looking to rent their home out from after August. The house is ground floor - it has been lovingly renovated - the inside of the property is spotless - amazing decor - lighting - furniture - floors - huge great big decking terrace over looking Bellapais abbey and the Kyrenia. There is a jacuzzi aswell! They are looking for long term tenents who are prepared to treat the property with the respect and love that it deserves. It has 2 bedrooms and a study which could be used as a third. A massive garden with all sorts of fruit trees. It has a watering system installed and a gardener! There is also an old fashioned cypriot oven in the garden and bbq. I live above this property - in the brothers house! I would love to move downstairs but it is alittle out of my budget! It has to be seen to be appreciated. With me as an upstairs neighbour - you will be very happy! If you are interested please call me 0533 845 82 79 - Libby - and I will speak to the owner for you..ready after August as the owner wants to enjoy summer there this year!

Hi Libby
Just wondering if you know how much per month you neighbor wanted per month? To see if my budget would stretch
Cheers
Dan.
