For anyone interested this NASA site tells you when you can see the space station over your current location. It is set to Nicosia on this link but the first button lets you change the location to anywhere on earth.

Note that Monday 5th August at 9:53pm looks like the best chance for most of us. It will be high in the sky and (if my reading of the locations is correct) will appear above the mountains to the Lapta side of Girne heading for Turkey.

Thanks for that. At approx. 1.14/15 it goes right over Turkey and Cyprus
