Help with addresses

I am looking to transport my household goods from the South to TRNC. To get through the border I need items of paperwork that I need to obtain from Immigration and Customs. Is anyone able to help me out with any idea where these offices are and with directions. Im completely clueless and somewhat overwhelmed. Thanks
