What to carry in a car.

On another forum a question was asked about what to carry in a car. I have a fluorescent vest , first aid kit and 1 triangle.
But mention has been made about having 2 triangles and even a hypodermic syringe in the first aid pack.Oh and a torch.

Does anyone know the " official line" or who to ask?

I was told also a fire extinguisher, try the police station for advise.

If you go to the car accessories shop at the end of Tin Pan Alley in Girne (assuming it is still there) you can buy for about 50 tl a package of all the items required and it will keep neat and tidy in the car.

Fire extinguishers relate to Comercial vehicles. First aid kit and 2 triangles are required. For the sake of safety have a hiviz jacket, use it if you are changing a wheel or if you break down etc.
