Help needed with a kindle touch
I have purchased many books and all come on. Yesterday I purchased one and cannot get it onto my kindle. Tried turning it off as suggested by amazon. But to no avail. Gone through their help stuff on Internet but not clear to me. Stumped!!!!!

Is it 3G? I have had problems in the past with downloading books in NC and have had to connect to Wi-Fi to do so, but in the last couple of days have downloaded a book and 2 newspapers with no problems over 3G.

Maybe a forum specific to Kindle owners would be more helpful than a Northern Cyprus forum,
Try having a look here-

Hope this helps.

Why don't you send a message to Amazon support via your account on their website. They answer very promptly & will keep replying until your problem is resolved. I have always found their customer service excellent.

Re: Help needed with a kindle touch
If you go into your Kindle orders at Amazon, you can download your book onto your computer. Go to the download, then turn on your Kindle, bring up the Kindle screen, go to "My books" section and drag your order over onto your Kindle. You can reduce the Kindle screen if it covers the whole screen, so you can see the download section. It's a bit of a long way round but it works.
Do your best to grow old disgracefully.
