filmon tv through android box help

had this for about a month, last night Filmon stopped working & said 'free trial period had ended'. We thought this was a free system??? It gives a screen asking us to register/log in but cant work out how to get the keyboard on same screen. We did buy a separate little keyboard but cant pair it up. As we are not the most technically computer literate is there anyone local to Karsiyaka that could maybe help out please.

Filmon is free for watching in standard definition, which we find fine. You pay for HD. When it asks you to register move your cursor to the box for email address ( normally tab thro') and keyboard should come up. Not sure what separate keyboard you have but it maybe similar to a mouse where you have to put a small usb into the side of the android box, this should have come with android box.

Gilly123 do you have a remote control with your android box ??? if so press ok and the keyboard appears !!! you will then need to register your e mail address with them and a pass word and the service should resume in standard mode regards Barry
