Sorry NTV question ?

I view ntv through my laptop internet and it has been generally good but for the last 2 days it has been constantly freezing, but as its free I don't suppose its right to contact them although my internet speed with multimax has been up and down so much this week it could be this is the problem as it also freezes when I try the speed test. I have called MM and spoke to some woman who says she will call back but never does ,in fact I start to wonder if she is the tea lady standing in.
Just wondered if anyone else without the ntv package has had problems.watching the free channels.
