If we wanted to send our car home to the UK would we be allowed to 'import it' and pay the duties and re-register it?
What would be the import duty as trnc not recognised?
Anyone know?
Is it possible to import a trnc vehicle into UK?

Our friends did this and wished they hadn't, they had loads of problems because the TRNC isn't recognised.

Can't understand why you would want to take a car back to the UK when the secondhand cars here are double/triple what they are worth in the UK. Probably more like triple on the secondhand market!

I would have thought that getting a TRNC veh into the UK would be virtualy impossible as it is not up to EU standards.
