Christmas Swim for KAR

For those who sponsored Bob Betts on his Christmas Day swim he (and KAR) would like to say thank you for your support and sponsorship money. The final amount is now in and he raised 503tl and £10. 507tl was spent on 156 cans of dog food to help feed the dogs in the cold winter months.

Bob says "it may not sound very much but for the dogs at the Centre it is a meal they may not have had without the help of KAR and my sponsors - so to all of them "thank you very much".

The daily cost of feeding the the animals in KARs care is increasing but sadly the number of people willing (and able) to do something to help is not increasing at the same level. If I can raise that money then there must be many more people out there who can also help by raising money in some way. Please put your thinking caps on and see what you can do to help - I can see how very little effort really DOES HELP THEM"
