Recently returned from trnc, always rent our cars from Pacific when on holiday in Cyprus, but second to last hol the car they provided us with was not up to scratch to say the least, I know it was booked at the last minute and when they came to collect I didnt have time to fill the review card in. Anyway last holiday thought I would give them another chance, booked on line, sorted it all out then happened to mention that we werent happy with previous hire car, they couldnt have been nicer and gave us a free upgrade and we got a brand new bigger car at no extra cost, therefore we will continue to hire our cars from them whenever we are over, I just thought credit where its due.

Good to hear when things go well, we usually are at the ready to complain when unhappy with a service but do not give credit when due, more frequently, when all goes well. Pleasant result snowdrop
