I've been watching these properties being built over the last 18 months and here is a builder who has done absolutely everything (as far as I can ascertain) correctly. Roads, paths, electricity, street lighting, water, approach roads etc, etc installed and super quality building. I have nothing to do with this company, but we would all have had far less problems over the years if all builders had been the same!!

as you know alot od people have experianced bad situations with buying property, our company has done the opposite where we have done the infrastructure first then started to build and as we are getting closer to completion stage by stage than we have started to open sales.
