Could some kind person please give me an idiot's guide to sending private messages, please.

Hi Rose, look below my mesage you will see 3 buttons 1) Profile 2) PM and 3) Email
These are bottom left of each persons reply. If you click on the PM then page will come up to send that person a mesage, equally you could clck on Email button and an email can be sent to them.
