air con

We just return from North Cyprus. We have 2 bedroom apartment, one of rooms has a small air-con which does not use much over few years. We had a guest this time so they set air-con under 16c..normally around 25c. Therefor it was running for long time without stopping due to the intensive heat in June.
Now it works ok but the water gushing out from the unit. I dont know the breakdown or blocking the draining system.
Please lets me know if anybody out there had a similar experience over ac and how you overcome the stuation.
Do you know the reliable/honest AC service team ?
Any tips over the AC welcome.

I am not too sure where to recommend, but there are lots of places. However, I always go to Tektan in Kyrenia for any electrical prioblems. they have been here for years and are good, reliable and trustworthy. However, you may not live near there. And maybe other kibkomers have other ideas.
