Driving Licence Office Directions

Can someone give me directions to the driving licence office in Lefkosa please

Very close to immigration in Lefkosa. Straight into the city, turn left at the traffic lights just past the big flour mill. First right, follow the road around to the left - immigration is then on your left - keep going to a t-junction. Turn left and the driving licence office is on your right.

its moved its now in the new finance office building
carry on the same directions as above but do not turn off the main road, carry on until you get to a small roundabout with sloping things in it on the corner is aci ali builders building go straight ahead this brings into the one way system just after the round about its the first turn on the left opposite sun exchange its new black glass building stay in the left hand lane as it not very far past the roundabout go in the front door turn right into the office and its the first big desk on the right the staff are very helpfull

Is the vehicle registration dept in the same office?
