Want to learn something new? For free
Thought some people might be interested in some online courses that are being offered by universities throughout the world for free. There's a variety of subjects, something for everyone. I started the Introduction to Cyber Security a few weeks ago and am finding it very enlightening. You can work through the week's work at any time, I'm currently a couple of weeks behind because we had visitors but will catch up. The website is https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/upcoming

If you check out the In Progress courses, you can still join those rather than waiting for a repeat or missing out completely. So they say - I haven't tried.

Very interesting for those who have spare time! But what I need to learn are (a) lower intermediate Turkish language and how to pronounce it so someone can understand me and (b) Computers for Idiots!!!!!!!
Does anyone know if either of these can be found on line? I know there are Turkish classes here, but have problems getting to them.

There are a lot of free basic computer courses online, google 'computer courses for beginners online free' and you will get a choice. Can't vouch for how good they will be.

Mehmet Seyhan hosts a course on you tube. Go on you tube and in search just type Turkish language lessons. He starts very simply but it is very understandable, best of the online ones I have tried.
Now can anyone tell me how to improve my memory so I casn actually use what I learned!!
