I've left it as it is in my file, can somebody resize it please.

I want to upload a picture as my avatar, but it does not want to go. I made it really small, but no....

Maybe I'm too new??

Can one of the administrators do it for me please??

I wanted to add a picture, but it just wasn't accepted, whatever size I made it. I asked for help, but I think the request went down a black hole. Hopefully the second try will work
