TRNC Driving Licence Renewal Help Needed Please

I need to renew my local driving licence in the next few weeks ,and the BRS website only deals with new applications,and a search on here gives conflicting information as to what is required-So I need some advise please.

When I got my original licence I paid the driving school near the police station 40tl to sort it out,as first time applications are done in Lefcosa,but my understanding is that renewals are done in Girne.

What I would like to know is:-
1.Where is the office?
2.What do I need to take-I assume as I am renewing,I will only need a couple of photos and some money and my old licence?
3.What size do the photos need to be-as I recall they were smaller than passport size?
4.I assume I will need to fill a form-are those in the office so I can do it when I am there?

Any help and advice would be most appreciated.

You may go to tax office near hospital there you may find all information and empty form

My husband renewed his driving licence in Girne last week. The office is the same one where you pay your car tax each year, behind the state hospital. We got the photos done at the photographer opposite Lemar (that used to be Astro) in Girne, asking for driving licence size. He needed photocopies of passport photo page and residency page, 2 photos, old TRNC licence and money. Form was filled in at the office, where they now have them in English or in Turkish. Procedure was completed quickly and easily and staff in the office were very helpful. He paid 270tl for 3 years.

Phil, They will also tell you to come back in two to three weeks - leave it for four or five!!! Your receipt is as good as the license for the police anyway! Just to save you a trip!
