Please can anyone give me advice on why I am only getting Filmon at times and when I do it is usually in the later evenings and with lots of freezing and buffering. Is anyone out there having these problems. I live on the main road Alsancak. I would be very grateful if someone could put me out of my misery every evening. I used to get it wıth buffering up until a week ago.
Many thanks.

How are you accessing filmon, thro' your computer or using a android box? What is your internet speed? The answers may help people trying to give you advice.

Good morning Foodie, we've also been having a problem with it in Lapta.
These past few days we've been able to get it late afternoon, but come 6 o'clock, it freezes.
We have trouble then until about 9/10 0'clock.
Tony, we watch it through our laptop, nethouse have checked our speed, they say that is fine, it must be filmon.

hi, we live in alsancak and we are having no problems with filmon.
so i dont no what else it could be really.
are you connecting to a big television? maybe that might slow it down to freeze sometimes.
we connect our laptop to a small 21 inch flat screen tv as our main tv is an old box tv in our rented home with no hdmi connections.
but yea it works good.

We are having exactly the same problems in Esentepe, it is ok until around 7pm when we can no longer watch it as it freezes and buffers so much. Fed up now and desperately looking for an alternative that doesn't cost the earth.

For me personally i stand by that i made the right decision over 2 years ago when i invested in my OSN package from Arriva tv and at around £1 a day i think it is the best form of entertainment i have ever bought. So i drink 1 less vodka and tonic a day to pay for the system, not a bad exchange and maybe better for me !
No buffering. No freezing.if i go out i can record all the programs i want while im out automatically, beautiful full HD picture, and IMHO it is by far and i mean by far the best system on the island right now for the money, bar non,oh yes and great customer service if you ever need it !
My only problem in the last 2 years was last year when we had the very strong winds,my dish got damaged and Arriva came the same day and sorted that out.
Until the internet providers sort out it's internet and gives us a continuous uninterrupted speeds that we pay for all of the time and not just some of the time the likes of filmon and other gadgets will be hit n miss i think !

Many thanks to everyone for your input, its really much appreciated. I try to watch Filmon through my laptop and am now paying for 5mbit but makes no difference with Filmon at all. I, like the butlers wife am also so frustrated with finding an alternative. I have Digiturk but honestly am finding it is full of repeat programmes, I do not bother to even put it on now. I think I will try and find out more about the OSN package bargainboozeandwines is recommending ( many thanks for that ). Again many thanks to you all.

Try uninstalling filmon and reinstalling. Have you registered with filmon, it is free and allows you to record programs for free.
