Bird Rent a car at Karaglanaglu £17 a day inclusive of insurance and no excess, delivered and collected to your door but you must be over 25 and have driven for a couple of years. We just used them for some visiting friends.

Several in Alsancak.Acmenya,Green Valley,Atakara,Sevener,Citrus Tree to name a few.Pretty much all standard rates.
