Road Tax opening times Metehan Border

Does anyone know when the office where you get road tax for the Greek side at Metehan border is open/closed?

Closes at 3pm. If you are British they will require your British driving license, won't accept Turkish license alone.

Not at the weekends. Weekdays only. And it is free.
