recommendation for siemans spare parts

Am trying to get element for siemens grill, tektan promised one a week ago and am still waiting. Does anyone know anywhere in girne, lefkosia or nicosia, please?? Getting slightly fed up now. Thanks.

Yes I would highly recommend Siemens in Lefkosa. English is spoken at their showroom. Head for Lefkosa and go past the hospital and at the small roundabout GO STRAIGHT ON and the shop is on the left. They recently came and fitted a new fan to my oven. Excellent quick service at a reasonable cost for 2 visits to the villa and the new part.
