How long before you take a car for mot ?

Can anyone tell me once you have paid for your mot at the tax office , how many days do you have to take it to the police mot station , is there a time limit ?
i'm not sure if there is a limit on it once you have purchased your mot paper but when your mot is due you have a slot of 2 weeks which is actually just 10 days as they don't do mot's at weekends. you can check here when yours is due http://www.kktcmaliye.com/i/mozka/mal/M ... 2_2013.pdf
