I believe you have to be a citizen & unless you work for the government have to provide at least one guarantor then you can get a mortgage up to 50%. Some developers offer their own payment terms if you are considering buying new.

Preferably individual Kocan (title deed) as well, they do not normally grant a mortgage on a shared title.

They also dont normally lend on exchange land. The maximum term is 10 years.
