Can anyone please recommend an English speaking builder who can rebuild a load baring wall and completely re-tile a very big courtyard/ terrace area +other minor jobs.

The builder must be of a very high standard and be within easy traveling distance of Esentepe.

I am sorry but I feel I have to chip in here. I don`t post very often but............

This is Cyprus. There is no such thing as guaranteed work,particularly in the field of repair work. Experience shows that an easy cop out is the fact that you are, in most cases, repairing someone else`s bad workmanship. Indeed, it would not be fair to assume that you could guarantee it.

As to the remark when companies or individuals say we are not the cheapest but we are the best, surely this is subjective.
