Please we would like this event to be a great success for KAV and we are asking for your kindness in some small donation.

Cakes, Books, DVDs & CDs both English & Turkish. Also plants perhaps you have some cutting form your garden or you are able to pot some on for us.

KAV will be holding a stall and giving a talk on all the work in research they are doing here with all the up to date finding.

We would like to thank all who have helped us promote this Garden Party so far and all the kindness and interest you have been showing. Please make a note of the date, time & venue. October 24th at Tolga's 2pm till late.

Thanks for the extra info. Will try to put in KibKom Times. I hope you get lots of support - you deserve it, but then so does every person suffering from cancer deserve it. The money is needed to help find answers and to help the victims ofthis curse of our age. So could I suggest that even if people cannot come, they pay to stay away. Well, you know what I mean. Or in a way you pay to make cancer stay away.

If you have Facebook please join & share this page to your friends. We have 16 Art & craft stalls booked so far this week. Thats wonderful. We have also had a lot of interest ad people asking questions about the work that KAV are doing. There will be someone giving a talk in the afternoon so come along and here all about the testing of the soil and the results that have been found in what areas in North Cyprus the research is being carried out too.

Andrew has been singing about a number of venues and many have already seen him so if you have not had the chance, come along.

If you have donation we will be happy to collect or receive your phone calls over the next 4 days.

Please over the next few days have a clear out of your DVDs, Cds, & books. Pot up a couple of plants from your garden too ! and come along with them on the day of the garden party this coming Thursday 2pm at Tolga's. Mayb take a chance and turn a 5tl into 100tl with our lotto draw

If you have not yet heard the wonderful Andrew sing he will be singing for us all and we hope some will even join us i a little '' dance-a-long '' I know he gets many in the mood for a good dance

There will also be a talk on all the work & research that KAV have been doing here in North Cyprus for may years now ! Did you even know about KAV ?

Come on folks & friends lets make this a good turn out, its going to be a warm sunny day before the blocks get changes and the winter months set it. A garden party is just what we need to see the end of the summer months off.
Maybe this might be able to be made a sticky just for a few hours in the morning.
Its 3am and the cakes are cooked shame I forgot to make some of my wonderful doggie cakes now they would have sold like '' hot cakes ''

Come along and listen to the talk about all the work KAV have been doing so far with research here in North Cyprus !

Looking forward to meeting some old friends for an old Forum too.

What a fantastic fun day, the sun was out and the venues did us proud, thank you so much Samie from Tolga's and all your staff.
The TV were there recording the events, all stalls were busy and the KAV stalls, cakes,book,DVDs & CDs were very successful in raising lots of funds. What fantastic raffle prizes too, we were giving away throughout the day some people winning and going home with handfuls

Andrew & Glen were as always very popular getting many on the dance floor including myself !

All enjoyed the KLDs and many were up participating in the demonstration work-shop the team put on for all.

Most importantly all were very pleased to hear the talk from KAV and the research that has been going on both here and on the south side. A great day enjoyed by both the Turkish Cypriot & British community coming together out of interest and support of KAV, this was fantastic to see.

Both myself, Christine and members of KAV would like to thank you all for today.
