Anyone know who can transfer video to CD
You can!
Download a program called "ConvertXtoDVD" - it will convert all video formats to DVD and burn the result to any writeable / re-writeable blank DVD.
It's a very simple 'drag and drop' interface - if you wish, you can just leave all the default settings as they are.
I must confess that as a confirmed 'twiddler', I can't resist having a go at changing the settings to see what happens, and adding my own Menus and backgrounds etc.

Addendum I just saw that someone had posted on another forum to ask if you meant 'from VHS' - i.e. videotape. I f that is the case, then my answer above will be of no help!
