TV Subtitles Help Please

Is there anyone out there who knows if any of the TV packages available here have subtitles??
Multimax, Arriva, Digital Supreme etc!!!!!

We have a tv package called d-smart which has subtitles. We got it from the samsung shop opp the harley davidson shop in karakum.

NTV currently does not have subtitles. As far as I know it is in the todo list along with 300 other items but not very high priority.
