Anyone having problem with Pegasus Online check in...

It keeps telling me I have no flights to check in, er I am flying tomorow!
This has happened a few times recently with our friends. One flying from UK and return and the other from Teheran and return. The funny thing is that I travelled to istanbul with PGS for a short period In between both visitors and was able to check in online. When questioned, PGS gave the usual shrug.
Don't worry though, you just go to the counter and give your name (but do have your PNR number handy just in case).
Ps: our friends got the usual email reminder to check in on line ......
