Alsancak total Blackout

Is it just me or others experiencing it? no power/lights?
I was on my way to add the sauce to the dish when it came upon us - problem was the flex of that vacuum that does not work and hey ho no idea how the kitchen may look when we have light - the meal could have been one of my masterpieces!!!

well hey ho -its just come back on and the kitchen is tomato based impressionist!

Whatever it was, it appears to have been island wide. Nicosia, Girne , Alsancak and possibly other places. But all is now well. Fortunatley I wa sout and so could not commit any horrors at home. (I am sure I can make up for that, even with light.)

Went off again this morning for a couple of hours, maybe they were fixing the problem that occurred last night?

Hope so. Poor Alan had no toast for brekkie - no electric. And no typing for me! Growl,. But I guess we have had a good run recently. But hope it will not become a habit
