English Yoga Classes back to normal :)

Good evening all. Classes will resume as normal tomorrow morning at 9.00-10.30 and we will welcome you there The classes are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00-10.30 am and Tuesday at 5.00-6.30 pm every week. Happy Yoga Day's

Pashimottanasana two is one of the most important Yoga postures.

This asana stretches the hamstrings, leg,arm, shoulder and chest muscles and strengthens the neck, back and waist muscles. The spine and vertebrae are revitalized and rejuvenated. The spinal nerves and muscles are revitalized. Abdominal and pelvic organs are massaged. The liver, pancreas, spleen, kidneys and adrenal glands are revitalized and function regularly. The prostate gland and the lumber nerves in the lower back strengthen. Carbohydrate metabolism of the pancreas and it's function of controlling the blood glucose level are regulated. Internal organs are activated and digestion is improved. Excessive fats in the body are burned. The whole nervous system is revitalized.

People with herniated disc or sciatic pains should not perform this posture.
