know ... no, guess ... yes!
A system like filmon has many servers that they use to serve their customers. It may be possible that servers for certain channels are overloaded while others are not. If they have more than one server for a specific channel, refreshing the channel may help you connect to a better one...

Try changing the port connection at the back of your router where your internet comes out, I was having fluctuations in speed and this has solved the problem. Apparently the ports wear out. Might not help you but might help others.

Hi Tinker, at the top of the page you can click on support. Then another page comes up so you click on to, submit a ticket. A sheet comes up and you fill out exactly what the problem is. Send it and you will get an automatic response through an email. I have done this and before long you will get another email suggesting what to do.
Hope you get it sorted.

The problem I have is that the sound normally takes 15 mins or so to come on. Any ideas why?

I have a similar problem with Filmon I cant get BBC1 or ITV but I can get BBC Northern Ireland no problem and all the other ITV channels no problem.
Could the internet speed I receive possibly cause this?
