Hi, does anyone know the cost of gas per litre when getting the central heating gas tank refilled? Thanks

Just had ours delivered from Jetgaz now 2.21 tl litre

Heaven, did they ask to see your gas licence before they delivered?

Not sure what you mean by gas licence! We have been having gas delivered for 4 years. We have applied for the gas tank certificate this year and had gorgeous firemen come out. But no have never been asked for licence and Jetgaz installed tank at the start. Does this answer your question, if not get back to me.

Hi, yes we have had Intergas deliver to us for seven years now with no problems. Have the paperwork from when they installed the tank. The tank is actually full as we filled it at the end of last winter season, but earlier in the year there were a lot of posts about gas companies not filling the tank unless you had a gas licence/certificate. It's one of those jobs we keep saying"must find out if we gave the certificate" and no we haven't got round to checking yet! It was also stated on a couple of forums that the gas companies would not deliver unless you had said paperwork, hence my question..........

We have now registered our gas tank with the District office. Have to collect certificate and did have to purchase powder fire extinguisher. All very pain free but frankly the gas people have never asked if we have certificate and I believe that the law on this has nor been put through yet. But it was all worth the visit from the very polite fire officers.

Just got 300 litres from Jet Gaz as well, 663 tl same price. Was not asked for gas tank certificate either. My back dated fine from 2005 was 840 tl for not having a certificate, that was never mentioned at installation date, Has to be renewed every year (about 38 tl) Also had large required fire extinguisher, but was never told it needs to be refilled every year, with the owners name matching the certificate, on the label!

The so called licence starts from the date it is applied for, not the date the tank was installed ..
We couldn't get ours as the house has not had final approval .. Why worry the house was only finished in 2003 .. We bought in 2005 ..
Tank fitted 2007 ..
Applied for permission to have some work done in August last year to get final approval .. Still waiting .. Time someone got off their a**e
No problem getting gas, so the coffers for the licence are 37TL light ..
