Flights in or out Ercan

Does anybody know the flights in and out of Ercan have been disrupted today? Hoping to leave for UK tomorrow???

bEST TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR WEB SITE. I am sure they will have an uptodate situation posted there. The page can be found in English as well, so no probs over language.

Flights in and out of certain airports in Turkey (particularly Istanbul) have been disrupted, so depending on what route you are flying, getting out of Ercan might not be the only worry. I flew Ercan -> Istanbul last night and we were one of the last flights to land, a friend flying an hour later got diverted to Bursa and they were bussed in - an extra 10 hours on the journey! Good luck.

Just checked the Manchester flight left Ercan 9.40 arrived Istanbul 11.10 left 13.10 and due, to land anytime now.

According to the news tonight flights have been taking off and landing with no problems but Istanbul is another matter.

Left Istanbul on time but landed Manchester 1hr late.
