Does anyone out there know if the school is open tomorrow (Friday 13th December)?
I did phone earlier today but no one picked up the phone.
There is nothing on their website to say it will remain closed, however, the weather is still not looking so good for tomorrow.

I was with a member of staff today and she said she was going in, and assumed that the school would be open. She was particularly concerned as her students are doing Mock exams.

What amuses me is that today was an ordinary, if somewhat cold day, but, surely they willnot keep any of the schools cl0osed because it is cold.

SorryI can#t say more than tha,t but if I were a parentI would be taking/sending my child to school inthemorning, to make sure they were on time.If the school is closed at least it stops them staying in bed allmorning!

my grandaughters school is closed until Monday. Reason? its too cold for the kids to go outside at break time!

I understood the reason for closure was owing to a problem with electric re the bad weather ?? Maybe I misunderstood ??

Their website has not been updated yet this morning and none of their phones are being answered, so we are up, dressed and ready to leave from Alsancak.
