Contact for British Consul?

A Turkish friend has been trying to contact the British Consul re Visa for travel tomorrow but their emergency number is not being answered. She applied in good time & you have to purchase your ticket first can anybody help with alternative contact details please?

Thanks but obviously all closed today. No wonder we have to pay for our visas to Turkey unlike other countries.
