Thank You to Multimax

During the recent bad weather the internet dish on the roof was damaged by lightning, I rang Multimax on Monday morning and reported the problem. That afternoon the engineer came out to fix it, the weather was terrible, rain was lashing down and it was going dark, but the young man was up and down the ladder to the roof for almost an hour, determined to fix the problem. Eventually he identified the fault and replaced the damaged part, he was polite and helpful and a credit to the company, many thanks Multimax for your continued excellent service.

Your experience of this company echoes mine. Their customer service must rank amongst the best available and sets the bar for TRNC.
