What is the best and simplest way of doing this from here? Anyone done this>

I have but it has to be delivered to the address you have on the licence (UK address). What do you need to know?

I did mine on line and used my daughters address. if your passport has more than 5 years left they use that photo.

I did the same as Deniz1. You just click on a section giving your passport details, their computer looks at the photo in your passport and checks whether it comes up the modern standards i.e. no smiling, no high knecked flounced blouses, no long fringed hair etc., you wait about 1 minute (with your breath held in my case) until a message comes up to say your photo has been accepted and then bobs your uncle.
