Licence for central heating Gas tanks.

Anyone know about the licence we have to get for the big gas tanks in the garden for the central heating gas bottles. This was posted in the newspaper this week-end ? How much please, thanks. Its saying anyone who has one needs to get a licence for the year 2014.

Do not have one but a friend who does told me that it is not just the licence you have to have properly registered fire extinguishers that must be tested at a cost annually.
Seems like a money making scam from the info I have been given.

Ask Marions if she can resurrect "Trevor tips" on Kibkom Times, regarding this subject, maybe she has a link to it. I have a permit, but it is too involve to explain on here.
