Anyone else having Digiturk problems?

For over a week now we keep losing channels on Digiturk at the beginning of the week it was stormy so put it down to that. However this morning it was worse still with most channels unwatchable.
Anyone else having problems or do we have to get the aerial guys out again?

I have been having problems of late. During some programs it becomes unwatchable at times even though the weather is ok. I also have a lot of problems with recording. It doesn't record some that I have ticked. The people at the Digiturk office have no idea what can go wrong with the system. I have taken the box down to them 3 times and they say its alright but when I start to watch or record it is not. Also when it does not record some programs either a yellow triangle is displayed or a red ball with a white cross on it. Does anyone know what this means as people at Digiturk do not. I believe they are selling a system that none of them knows what to do if it goes wrong.

Hi thanks for the feedback ss1 glad you have no problems. Foodie presumably you have had the dish checked
- we are going to get ours done tomorrow. When we first had problems we took the box to Digiturk they said there was nothing wrong & suprisingly when we brought it home it was perfect for several days which is why we think our aerial is ok.

We have had Digiturk for a few weeks now and no problems whatsoever.

Was talking to some people today who said that BBC Wor;d kept disappearing for a long time over the last few days. We've had no problems other than the fact Euro News is always in Turkish and we have to press the Language button to get it back to English.

also had problems with some channels not showing, just getting a blank screen. Rang Digitürk and advised me to take the card out, wipe it and replace. If this didn't work to switch off at the mains and wait 10-15 seconds and then switch back on. All channels came back after I did this.
