MM upgrade.

I have just been upgraded from 5 to 20MB.
It's very fast and cost nothing more.
I have subscribed to NTV HD so I should have my old SKY package and loads more for a lot less.
I should expect some initial teething issues, but in the past, they have done what they said they would do.
Thank you.

Yep, same with me, up from 5Mb to anything between 15 and 20Mb and a good solid signal all the time. NTV still stutters at times but that is not the fault of MM anyway. Great job, many thanks.

2 days ago we were were in 3+ and paying for 5. Today we are on 9.10 download and 1.46 upload which is a huge improvement. Wish I knew why the MM web site had resorted to Turkish though. Any one from MM out there who can help?

I got an email from multimax in Turkish the other day-Took me about an hour to translate but it was asking me to register on the website,I realise they don't have any way of knowing what my first language is(apart from my very English name in their records!),and I appreciate I am in a Turkish speaking country, but having the email in English also would have been appreciated, given that I would have thought there were a lot of English speaking customers on MM's books.
Not a criticism just a suggestion.

@harita, register on our website and you will be able to manage as well as see details of your connection, including which package you are on. If you feel you have an issue, you can raise a ticket right from the user control panel.

When I tried to register yesterday(or was it Friday), it kept saying I had to activate my account, but the email I get saying MM is opening an account for me doesn't say how to activate it, and takes me straight to the help page asking me what problems I have and to log in, but when I tried to log in it says activate my account - gave up in the end.

Having had a weekend with unbelievably slow speeds (Download 0.03 and Upload 0.02) I looked at this to obtain 'On-Line' benefits. However it would appear that neither of my two Email Addresses are attributed to any MM account. So how do I register please?

Tried to register but was asked for a validation code - don't know what this is or where to find it. Sent an an e.mail to MM 2 days ago asking how to find this code but no response.

We do realize that moving into the new system may be painful for some. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while this transition takes place.
Confirmation codes/links are sent to email addresses, if you do not have it in your inbox, make sure you check your spam folder.
In order for your registration to automatically sync with your Internet account, your email address need to be already in our system, otherwise auto-matching is not possible.
For any issues and problems, email to
info@multimaxcyprus.com . Please be aware that we have quite a number of requests and all of those needs to be checked not by general support people but the small department who is in charge of this control panel, so it may take days before we can respond to you with a solution.

The confirmation code to register is case sensitive so make sure you enter exactly.

Tried registering about 20 times now without success!
Are the O's the letter O or the number 0 (ie zero)?

I must say I am at my wits end trying to register.
A few days ago I got an email from MM telling me to register, the email came to my usual email address, and was quoted in the email.
I managed to translate the email from Turkish and have followed the instructions to the letter(about 50 times now).
So I put my email address in a box,and then copy the validation code using the correct case and using zeros instead of the letter o as suggested by Bert- well I have tried this over and over and all I get is 'invalid registration code' every time.
So I try the 'live Chat' to try to help,I get someone with an Indian sounding name who tells me to put my password in-well if I had a password I wouldn't need to register would I?.
So I then thought, maybe I have already registered in the past at some point (although if I had why would multimax be asking me to register?).
So I try logging in using my email (the one MM have emailed me on in the last few days),and pressed the 'forgot password' button-I then get a message saying 'email unknown'-well given that it's the email that must be in MM's records as they sent the recent mail to that address I must say that I am now thoroughly well and truly beaten.
As a final attempt to get help I thought I would 'raise a ticket' as others have done, unfortunately when I tried this it asked me for my password!!!-if I had a bloody password I wouldn't have a problem!!
I am now at a complete loss as what to do,and having worked with IT for 30 yrs in my profession,I am embarrassed.
Any help would be appreciated

When I registered the zeros were in fact the letter O not numerical.

@ smiler
I have tried the letter O and zero's on numerous occasions without success-and endless combinations of the two!
Previous poster 'bert' reckoned they were zero's.
I might have another bash using Egyptian hieroglyphics.

Philoz, take a valium and relax. I had the same problem as you on Friday and Saturday, and also raised a ticket, then like you couldn't check on it because couldn't log in, but as I said in my previous email, today I got another email from them, with a new password, and lo and behold, I could log in, with no problems. Maybe your new email and password is sailing through cyber space as we speak!!!!!!!!

And thank you for taking the time to help us identify some weaknesses in our system.
For those customers that have been having problems with registering for the online services access and particularly those having issues with 'validation codes' , were using a font on the validation codes that made it near impossible to distinguish between the letter O and the numeral zero - which was causing a considerable number of rejections on entering the validation code. We have now changed the font used for the codes and it should be much easier to distinguish between these two characters now so please do try again if you have been having problems.
Thanks
Erol

Just to reiterate - with the new font the letter O appears as an O. The character zero appears as an O with a diagonal line through it and the validation codes are case sensitive.

Erol,
I appreciate your advise however, the validation code is not the problem for me. I submit that and the system tells me I will receive a mail from Multimax, must have tried at least 10 times, nothing, not in my spam box either, very frustrating indeed.
