Consumer complaints group

Can anyone tell me the address or telephone number of the Consumer Complaints group. I have heard there is one. I want to complain about work carried out which carries 5 year guarantee and the company concerned has been having us running around in circles for the past 15months despite being paid in full. Any advice gratefully received

Was 50 tl to register, but that was some time ago, got us a brand new Video/Dvd player from Vestel.

Thank you Owl Lady. That is really helpful. Sometimes you can feel that you are knocking your head against a brick wall and it is good to know help is out there

It's my believe that what these companies hate most in the world is bad publicity, particular if it goes in Turkish speaking publications. It's all about "loss of face"!!!
