Inspirational bathrooms - maybe not.

I didn`t want to have to type this but just as a warning to others.
Last year, we had 3 chrome radiator towel rads fitted by said company, run by Chris a Brit. The valves leaked.
They had 3 goes at fixing ........still they leak. ( Although now not switched on as it`s summer )
We had an outdoor shower which we bought last year when they teamed up with KITCHEN`S R US and shared a showroom.
It had a spring release valve which did not work properly and we were told by Susie that it was a common fault and a batch of new springs were on order.
It actually shot out and hit the boss, so they even knew it was not safe.
When Kitchen`s R Us closed , due to Sam`s ill health , so did INSPIRATIONAL BATHROOM`S showroom, so I sent an e-mail to Chris stating all of the above.................NO REPLY.
This was January 30th this year. Then managed to speak to him on the phone.....First he had heard I had a problem?????? A new spring is being ordered..........
Tried to phone since then .....had one text a month ago saying he would call me shortly.................NOTHING...
Then he stopped answering my calls ........or texts.....
CDS spoke to him just under a month ago, yes he was going to get back to me.............NOTHING
Now I am told he has left Cyprus...........
INSPIRATIONAL............I DON`T THINK SO.
