When you say 'reaosnable prices', do you mean local prices or prices for ex pats. These can be wildly different and in some cases up to 300% dfifference. would like toknow as I have found that when I need someone like say, a plumber, if an ex pat quotes it is mega bucks but if a local quotes (unless they see all Brits as having gold dust in their eyes) it is affordable.

Just curious. How much for say, a garden tidy up. Or painting a room 10 x 12, or a morning's cleaning. It would help a lot of people I am sure.

I don't like to view my customers as Local or Ex-Pats. I prefer to see all my clients in the same way and therefore offer what I believe to be a faır rate for a good job.
I am happy to give you a quote for any of the jobs you have listed and am sure you will be happy to then recommend me to others.
I can give you a ball park figure of 130tl for a garden tidy which could take up to a day, for a house clean 120tl and to paint a average sized room 250tl.

which areas do you operate in, and do you cover esentepe as i need a green area cleaned and all rubbish to be taken away and most importantly disposed of properly not fly tipped!

We can highly recommend Hatib, they have done our garden 3 times, fantastic job. We asked them to do a deep clean in our 3 bedroom Villa, went out for the day came back, the Villa was sparkling.
