I'm sure this has been brought up before but I can't find where or when it was.
I have the land Kocan on my property but not the full Kocan. The builder is no longer in business so can somebody tell me the procedure as to how to obtain the full title deeds.

As far as I know, you need to have the plan of the house attested and stamped by a certified architect and then you pay a small fee at the local Belediye or land registry office and have it added to your Kocan.

You need the original project file, a certificate of final approval of your original plans/works and lots of patience.
