An update to the missing 3 dogs...

So, after weeks of searching and hot dinners gone cold due to rushing out on tips, lots of highs and super depressing lows on false leads and mistaken identities...i am incredibly sad to report to everyone that none of the dogs that have been spotted are the ones that have been callously cast aside by this vile family! I really do not know what else to say..for 2 of the dogs it's been months now. This is all just too heartbreaking for words.
And the biggest kick in the teeth is the realisation that everyone involved, is going to get away with it all, abuse of trust, theft, grand larceny, animal abuse...this is a very sad and black day for justice...no justice will be done! As you will see from the link i am about to post, you will see that the wife beating Thomas is now awaiting for the return of his beloved wife Jannine....
Where is justice for the Millers?????

Thankyou daisy duke and everybody who has gone out of there way to help find my parents dogs, my parents are terrible upset they have lost there belongings ( inside the whole house) and there babies there 3 dogs all because they trusted this couple to live rent free to make sure they was looked after , my dad has spent the whole time in uk in hospital fighting to save his leg and my mum has late stages of kidney failure and extremly ill.
And had to cope with all of this!!
It's just not fair that no it seems there is no one who will pay for this crime it's heart breaking!
Thomas touty and jannine groves and a man called osman have done this and got away with it!

I'm sorry, I really can't get my head round this. If they have stolen these goods and have openly been seen selling them, why haven't they been charged with theft. OK he's done a runner, but isn't she still on the island? If not why can't she be arrested, when she tries to leave the island to join him, if she still has her passport? Not on Facebook so can't read posting, but would that give me anymore information?

We still done know if it's my parents as the police have it but they caught Thomas best friend osman selling it ! We got told by police and papers that she and osman was on bail! So we are all confused and because my parents are to Ill to fly we arwnt getting the truth. But she had left him she told everyone so to get out of being involed ? But it on his fb that she's coming home to cardiff to be with him !

is there no way anyone can find out what the legal situation is, i.e. is she on bail still with confiscated passport?
If this is still the case, how is she getting out?
If not, why have the injured party I,e, Terry and Sandra not been told??

It amazes me how Scum like these manage to gain people's trust. I've looked on the link and just from appearances, I would not let this person over my threshold never mind appoint him to care take it.
This makes me so angry. I know this is not a helpful post... just incensed that's all.
A not insignificant crime has been committed and surely the TRNC authorities have not released the person that they had in custody?

Jannine and Thomas said how much they live dogs and she was a dog trainer , my parents was to trusting but really thought they was going to look after there dogs! We asked them to leave a week after my psrents left when we found out they broke into my parents locked room and stole the keys to the car snd was driving around in it. The police was informed then but wasn't interested !! If they had done something then ! My parents dogs would be home safe and they would still have there belongings , I even contacted her mother <-- moderated- name removed --> ! Telling them to get out , they all blocked my mums calls and messages and we couldn't contact them .

According to the press recently, Janine has her passport confiscated, so I do not know how she can be leaving the country. However, that is for those personally involved to find out. Surely it would have helped if Janine's mother could have at least got |Janine to say when the dogs were released and where they were taken, so the heart broken owners could at least find them.
I can quite understand that the parents of Janine, who I believe are friends with several people in the area, feel embarrassed by this, but it would help if they could just provide some answers to those concerned.
naturally the police will not talk to anyone apart from family but none of the family is here, and it would seem the onlypeople who can supply any information is Janine herself and possibly her parents.
I can well imagine that passions are highly inflamed if it means that Janine is allowed out of the country - or has there been a court case and she has been been exonerated and it has not hit the press. Does anyone know? I know if I were a victm here I would be absolutely heart broken and crushed.

This post is going off subject as it is about the abandoned dogs but as the following matters have been raised just to clarify a few things and hopefully abate the unnecessary harassment.
1. Yes Jannine went to Court but the judge found no case to answer as she had no involvement and was released unconditionally
2. Her documents ie her passport were never seized and she is free to leave re enter the country any time she likes. Simon Carrs piece in the Cyprus Today was false but he refuses to submit a withdrawal / apology
3. The disposal of the furniture and the abandoning of the dogs is the sole responsibility of Thomas again Jannine had nothing to do with it.
4. Yes she is going back to the UK but to stay with friends. Thomas is under the illusion that she is returning to him this is incorrect
5. Osman who has been charged and released on 5000TL bail and is due to re attend Court in two months time
6. The Police have recovered some if not all of the Millers furniture and car and these items have been identified by Jannine and others
7. Jannine left the property quite sometime before this incident took place and had no contact with Thomas or indeed Osman.
Why people who submit entries keep mentioning Jannines mother <-- moderated- name removed --> and my previous occupation is unnecessary as we had nothing to do with it. Obviously if she knew where the dogs were she would have said at the very beginning. She has contacted Thomas via social media asking him where he dumped them only to receive a terse two word reply ending in off.

You could well be right, but unfortunately my Turkish is not good enough to understand anyway. I guess I need to find a Turkish speaking friend who has the time to spare to go and look. But that is a good idea.

Please note that any inflammatory postings will be removed. In the case of the missing dogs, posters should just post information and updates about the dogs. Any other issues to do with this case should be dealt with privately and not aired on the forum.

As we have stated numerous times we have no information as to where or what happened to the dogs. So please stop asking either the mother Jannine or me.This information is known only to Thomas. We attempted to obtain the information via social media receiving only a two word reply ending in off several days later. Perhaps it would be worth while concerned parties posting their requests on his FaceBook page. Obviously if we receive any information that may assist we will immediately contact the appropriate person (s).
