Does any one know what the new buildings are at.

1 Next to China Bazzar

2 Next to the old Coco Cola Factory

3 Next to Supreme

Maybe a Wilcos. A Poundland. A Turkish based Supermarket like Migros.

Cola factory is another supermarket Supreme are extending theirs. Dont know the others.

Supreme is new veg/fruit department and New café. The Coca Cola I heard is a new supermarket, can't imagine how they will all make money so close together.

I was told the cola factory is a new concept unlike any other supermarket we will see!

Don't miss the new Erdener behind the current Erdener - that is going to be big as well. The old coke factory is supposed to be a new Urulku and Supreme as stated. Don't know about the one next to China Bazzar but will ask around. Something is happening!!!!!!! Lets see what the peace talks bring.

I was married to a greek cypriot many years ago and the whole family and friends were hypocrits. Say one thing to your face and do another. I hope we dont have to join the euro everything will increase in price and we will be under greek control whatever they say.

waddo. Who or what is Urulku. Cant find any info on this.

Eruklu is the big supermarket over the mountain on the left on the way to Ercan.... very good too so one in Catalkoy would be great

on the grapevine the coca cola factory is going to b a private hospital wether its true i dont know

Well what ever it is Ardic Garden center has just put their house up for sale which is behind Coca Cola maybe they know something we dont!

We also noticed that the 1001 store on the Airport road is having a makeover. So who is going to shop in all these new stores then eh.

All the new house owners according to the front page of Cyprus Today. I have never read such a load of drivel by the government.

Put my offers in straight after reading the lead in Cyprus Today! With property prices booming don't want to be priced out by all the Russians, Israeli's et al coming in to the mart.
Seriously though things do seem to be on the move, went and had a look at the new hotel (?) they're building down near the old Mare Monte, that's gone up quick, as don't remember it being there last October.

And also the massive hotel they are building at Lara Beach. Should be fun when they turn on all the light and Air Cons.
