Problem with sizing of screen on my monitor

Yesterday I was trawling through Amazon and when I had finished I found that the readable area on my screen has "stretched" i.e. I'm missing the ends of words on RHS and beginning of words on LHS. Anyone know how to correct this please. Also, the font on my Skype contacts page has become so small its very difficult to read. Anyone know if there is something I can do to get it back to what it was? Thanks

Try going to your Control Panel and then accessing 'Appearance and Personalisation', then 'Adjust Screen Resolution'.( I'm on Windows 7 and you have to press the Windows icon in the bottom left hand corner first).
Not sure about your skpe settings though as I don't use it but there must be a button there to change the font as in your email. Good luck!
